We also collect limited technical data such as device and browser information when you use the site.

To verify eligibility, meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions-screening obligations, operate and administer the platform, communicate with you, and comply with applicable law.

4. Identity verification

Identity verification is carried out through a third-party provider. Verification results are recorded as cryptographic claims. Personal data is never stored onchain - onchain identity claims contain only hashes.

5. Where data is stored

Investor data is stored in India, on infrastructure hosted in the Mumbai region. Some service providers may process data outside your jurisdiction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We share personal data with service providers acting on our instructions, with regulators and law-enforcement bodies where legally required, and with professional advisers. We do not sell personal data.
